Meat Lovers Pizza

Pizza is awesome, we all love it! There’s pizza for every single person out there! The best part is that you can customize your own pizza whenever you want. In the mood for Italian Sausage Pile it on! Banana Peppers? Sure! Bacon? Load it up! This is just a Meat Lovers Pizza, but you can do whatever you want with it!

Ingredients

These are the ingredients you′ll need in order to make this Meat Lovers Pizza recipe, Use whatever ingredients you want to, make this pizza dish your very own!
  • 1/2 Cup of Warm Water
  • 1/2 Teaspoon of Active Dry Yeast (This is the equivalent of one yeast packet.)
  • 1/2 Teaspoon of Sugar
  • 1 1/4th Cup of All-Purpose Flour
  • 3/4th Teaspoon of Salt (This can be the salt of your choice.)
  • 1 Tablespoon of Olive Oil (This is an optional ingredient.)
  • 1/3rd to 1/2 Cup of Pizza Sauce
  • 1 1/2 Cup of Mozzarella Cheese
  • 3 Tablespoons of Parmesan Cheese
  • 3-4 Slices of Bacon (Cooked and chopped as thick as you want.)
  • 1/2 Cup of Ham (Cooked and chopped as thick as you want.)
  • 1/2 Cup of Sausage (This can be whatever flavor you want.)
  • 1/4th Cup of Pepperoni Slices (Sliced as thick as your liking.)
  • Salt (Season to taste.)
  • Black Pepper (Season to taste.)

Recipe

  1. Combine the Warm Water, Sugar, and Dry Active Yeast into a mixing bowl. Then you need to wait for it to proof.
  2. Once the previous mixture has proven, you need to slowly add in your Flour and Salt. Then start mixing it all with your hands, or with a stand mixer, until a nice dough ball forms, you may wish to add Olive Oil to it if you want to.
  3. After that, you need to move your dough to a greased up bowl and cover the bowl. Allow your dough to rise until it is about double the size when you moved it.
  4. While waiting for the dough to rise, take this time to cook and cut up your meat into Pizza Toppings!
  5. Preheat your oven to 425°F and grease up a baking sheet with Olive Oil, you can also use a Pizza Steel, Pizza Stone, or just put it directly on the oven rack! Spread the dough around to the shape and size crust that you desire.
  6. Once you have the dough set up in the way you want it, spoon your Pizza Sauce all over the dough. I personally like to leave a nice ring around the edge so it forms into a nice crust. Sprinkle your Parmesan Cheese all over the sauce and add 1/2 Cup of your Mozerella Cheese. Add your Pizza toppings and then sprinkle the rest of your Mozerella Cheese on your pizza. Then add Salt, Pepper, and/or any other ingredient you might want on your pizza.
  7. Once you′ve constructed your pizza and added everything you want on it, bake your pizza in your oven for 15-20 minutes or until it is the color and crispiness you desire!
  8. Let it sit for at least 2 minutes so it can cool down, but after that feel free to cut it up and dig in!
