This is similar to the hot wings recipe served at a popular restaurant chain. If you have ever had them, you have to love them.

  1. In a small mixing bowl, mix together your flour, paprika, cayenne pepper, and salt.
  2. Add your chicken wings to a container and pour in the flour mixture from the previous step. Shake and coat well. Cover and let refrigerate for about an hour to an hour and a half.
  3. Heat your deep fryer oil to 375°F. While waiting, combine the butter, hot sauce, pepper, and garlic powder to a small saucepot on the stove, the stove\\\\\\\'s heat should be low.
  4. Mix your sauce until the butter is melted and everything has blended together nicely.
  5. Cook your wings for about 10 to 15 minutes or until your wings turn brown.
  6. Combine wings and the wing sauce, then serve and enjoy!
