We all enjoy a nice burger, some are more complex than the others, try this simple classic out!


  • 1 1/2 Lbs of Ground Beef (80% Lean 20% Fat)
  • 1 Tablespoon of Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 1/2 Teaspoons of Seasoning Salt
  • 1 Teaspoon of Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 Teaspoon of Ground Black Pepper
  • 4 Sets of Hamburger Buns
  • (Optional) 4 slices of the cheese of your choosing
  • (Optional) Hamburger toppings of your choosing


  1. Preheat your grill to 375°F
  2. In a large mixing bowl, add in your Ground Beef, Worcestershire Sauce, Seasoning Salt, Garlic Powder, and your Ground Black Pepper. mix well.
  3. Split the meat into 4 different pieces and form each into a 3/4ths of an inch thick Hamburger Patty, make an indent on the center of the patty so it does not swell up and bulge while you cook it.
  4. Cook each patty for 4-5 minutes on each side.
  5. If you want to add cheese, place the cheese on the patty around 1 minute before you\\\\\\\'re done cooking the patty.
  6. Once cooked, put it on a bun and add whatever toppings you want, enjoy!
